Whew! The atmosphere is getting pretty inhospitable in here. Although I'm all
for brevity and getting to the point, I believe that such bold, slashing
statements impedes discussion instead of fostering it. While my skin is
*somewhat* thick, I know that other list members will feel less inclined to make
their "irrelevant" posts in this arena.
I call for more tolerance in the breadth of posts: the little stuff does matter
as much as the big topics. From my experience in the past couple of months, I've
seen the big stuff covered as well as the little stuff. And, I find myself
(young tech writer) making notes from all different types of posts. Isn't what
this forum is about? Learning from others and providing information when you
can? We are not all on the same level out here.
