Atkin & Associates is looking for a full-time junior specialist to work
in system implementation, documentation and support for Broadview, a
broadcast information management product line designed to manage day-to-day
operations for television services. We are redesigning and re-writing our
existing Broadview For DOS applications for Windows '95 using Borland's
Delphi development environment.

You will work as part of the application development team and have
wide-ranging responsibilities. You will write user manuals, online help
and support material, assist in system support duties and manage the
Broadview help desk.

Above all, candidates must possess excellent oral and written English skills.
We will be asking interviewees to submit writing samples.

For client support, superior investigative and interviewing skills, as
well as endless patience, are assets.

Some computer programming skill is helpful but not necessary; candidates
should, however, be familiar with basic computer technology and have a
solid knowledge of popular Windows software products such as Microsoft
Word 6.0x. Familiarity with any help authoring software, HTML and the
Internet are also assets, but if you don't know this now we'll teach you.

Preference will be given to candidates who live in Toronto or within
reasonable commuting distance. We would prefer candidates with college or
university degrees and work experience in any related field but we will
also consider recently graduated students.

Salary is negotiable based on relevant experience. Atkin & Associates
offers a comprehensive benefits package and flexible work hours, and is
centrally located near Broadview and Queen Street East in Toronto.

To save trees, email resumes in plain ASCII to dstratton -at- atkin -dot- com . This
is a new mail server, so it would be prudent to CC: submissions to
stratton -at- interlog -dot- com . If you have no email access, fax your resume to
the attention of Doug Stratton, Atkin & Associates, (416) 778-0648.
