Hi Folks-->

A very creative and motivated MS in Technical Communication student of
mine is interested in doing her thesis on the design and evaluation of
online wizards (aka, smart-guys, expert guides, etc.). Could anyone
recommend any books or articles that she ought to read as part of this
research? Please e-mail me <brad_m -at- unity -dot- ncsu -dot- edu> directly, or the
entire list if you think others might be interested. Thanks in advance for
your time and assistance. Yours, Brad.
