A single description -- long-winded if necessary -- would do the trick. You
could send it in response to each email enquiry.
It would certainly be less time-consuming and less error-prone than calling
each person who sends you email and giving them a verbal description of the job.
There are perfectly good reasons for wanting to speak with job applicants by
phone, but saving time is not one of them. ...RM
