There's nothing wrong with having respect for the thoughts and
feelings of someone you love. Just because you ask, doesn't mean
you're going to turn down the job. It just means that maybe you
have to discuss it a little more.

Bev (Who earns almost 50 percent more than her husband. It's not
an issue--we're just happy when either of us gets a raise or a
promotion.)
