screen capture. We have tried several methods. Our software is
cross platform, so we are able to capture using workstations,

them into Framemaker, they get distorted, fuzzy and the text

to get quality screen capture? >>

This may be off-the-mark, but I capture from mainframe to PC and I have
found that if I alt-enter to make the mainframe screen into a window and
use the edit/mark function (available when you double-click on the hyphen
in the upper-left corner of the window), the pasted version is as clear as
the original -- and you can change the font to suit your documentation
needs!

Good luck...
