Position:
* Permanent, full time Senior Technical Writer for INEA Corporation in
downtown Toronto.
* Must be able to work in Canada.
* INEA Corporation develops Windows-based business planning and
reporting software for the financial industry. Current clients include
the Royal Bank and National Trust.

Experience:
* 5 years technical writing experience
* Degree or certificate in Professional or Technical writing preferred
* Experience in software industry helpful, not necessary

Duties:
* Assess, design, develop, implement, and evaluate user guides and
online help for Windows product.
* Write customer training materials and train customers.
* Peer edit other writer's work.

Skills:
* Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills
* Excellent writer and communicator
* Flexible
* Quick and motivated learner
* Self starter
* Finance background is helpful, not necessary
* Experience with Windows
* FrameMaker or other DTP package.
* Microsoft Word
* Experience with an online help tool or willingness to learn

* Commensurate with experience.
