I wholeheartedly agree with you Chris! I would always put my family's needs
above all else. A job comes and goes, but my family will always be there. And
when I'm old and gray, I will depend on it, not on some job I had.

I don't mind putting in some overtime here and there, but I would not work
60hrs a week on a regular basis just to 'prove' that I am dedicated.

(Do onto others 20% better than you would have them do onto you, to account for subjective error.)
