Perhaps one of the things not said on this subject (of almost
"regular" free overtime) is that when you give company extra (free)
work time, Saturdays and evenings, they get to "expect" you to work
this extra time. When you don't, you have become "lax", and maybe "no
longer working with the interest you once had". The exception quickly
becomes the "norm".

Thank you.
