If you're looking for software to create web pages, try PageMill 2. I don't
know how much it costs, but it supports frames and it's for the Mac. Basic
HTML is transparent; if you want to do something really exciting you'll
have to put the tags in yourself.

Good luck,

Fellow writers,

I am starting an independent study project as part of my graduate program
in technical writer. The project involves adapting documentation I have
written for my employer to on-line access over the web. To expedite the
authoring process, I would like to use a Macintosh web tool that is easy to
learn and use yet very powerful. It should support Netscapte 3.0 extensions
for multiple frames and so forth. Can any of you web-savvy authors
recommend a good tool foless than the cost of a new car? Thanks for your
help.
