Subject:USER SATISFACTION SURVEY - TAKE 2 From:Lucille Lattanzi <llattan -at- ESTEE -dot- COM> Date:Fri, 28 Feb 1997 08:39:01 -0800
My second attempt to send this message - The "About" message willmake
sense after you read this.
One of my "dotted line" bosses asked me to construct a user satisfaction
survey. I am to to circulate it to the audience of an on-line procedure
reference library I wrote for him recently.
I have some ideas but I'd appreciate hearing from those who have done
this. What are the best questions to ask? the worst?
You can reply to me off-list and consolidate the answers for the list.
