Here we use PVCS Tracker (from Intersolv). It's quite flexible; I'm
sure it would do what you need. Also, it interfaces PVCS Version
Manager.

BTW, my Technology department no longer
"supports" Paradox, so they would like me to use
MS Access or Lotus Notes.

A word of warning: Access sucks as badly as WinWord. Big, bulky, slow.
Like using a barge to go fishing. Like hiring a Sumo wrestler as a
jockey. Like using a sledge hammer to drive a finishing nail.
