A technical writer position is available now. The applicant should
have a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a technical
field.

I need a person who:
understands Electro-Mechanical concepts and equipment
is able to communicate with engineers
is able to translate engineering data to coherent 8th grade English
is able to write clear concise procedures in active voice
is proficient with DTP, Graphics, and File Management

I need someone with a desire to advance who has the skills and
abilities to support that desire.

Someone who:
has initiative
can get along with people
can communicate with management and the troops
has the ability to focus on a task and can take it to completion
without a lot of hand-holding
is flexible; able to roll with the punches
is willing to learn and grow
can manage multiple priorities
will suit-up and show up on time, every day

I m looking for:
a problem solver and troubleshooter
a team player, a team builder, a cheerleader, and a councilor all
rolled into one.

We re using PowerMacs, FrameMaker 5, Canvas 3.5, Word Perfect et al.

I am the manager of an established technical writing department for a
manufacturer of capital equipment used in the bottling, canning and
packaging industries.
