Something to watch out for is a loss of compatibility with many (too
many) regular consumer software products, things that you may not be using
for RoboHelp per se but which you might be using now for day-to-day things.

Just because something says it will work with 95 is by no means an
indication it will work on NT. Sometimes it feels like the two have nothing
whatsoever to do with each other than they both have a task bar. It can be
very frustrating (much like the OS itself but, as Pete said, that's another
story).
