There is an exercise that can help relieve the symptoms of carpal tunnel
syndrome. Place your hands together--palm to palm, finger tip to finger
tip. Now, gently lower the hands, keeping palms and finger tips together.
(Don't lower the hands past a point of being uncomfortable.) Keep them in
there for a few seconds, then raise them. Repeat two or three times. Do
this approximately every twenty to thirty minutes while you're working.
