PageMaker 6.5 to Framemaker?

Do PageMaker files convert over easily to Framemaker? I'm working in
a Windows 95 environment. Along with maintaining placement of text
and graphics, I'm also interested in how well production of
PostScript output from the translated files works.

Does Framemaker have support for creating PDF and HTML files? Is it
at a higher level than that of PageMaker?
