Pat, I agree with Mike Dannenberg in wondering what negative
connotations you think are attached to words such as

> education ?
> train ?
> teach ?
> instruct ?

I personally don't find these words negative at all. But I have a
suggestion that hasn't been mentioned: "mentor" It implies a
continuing, helpful, supportive type of teaching that takes place
primarily in a business environment.
