You can't do it for an automatically generated TOC. This drives me
nuts, since I have just about the simplest iteration of this -- a
defined section number (defined with an ASK field) and page number.
And I can't make the ToC do something as simple as show "Overview
[tab] 4-5". You can define _one_ character as the divider, but
usually it's used for the tab.

I had an unfortunately emotional interaction with Word tech support
because the on-line help for ToC entries shows "---" as a divider
character, and I couldn't figure out why I was limited to _one_
character. He finally did the research an explained that the three
hyphens was an artifact -- it should have been an em-dash.

If you find a workaround (other than defining every ToC entry with tc
codes -- I'm not that desperate), please let me know. Otherwise,
we'll probably add the section numbers manually once it's ready to
print. Bleah.
