Sylvia, you might also try to find previous white papers done
in your company that you can use as an example. I've found
over the years that each organization has its own
preferences in style, format, audience, purpose, etc. (OTOH,
if the previous papers are really bad, you might choose to
break the mould and show management that white papers
can be informative, concise, and readable when done by a
professional.)

Hello All.

I tried to post this RFH (Request For Help?) last week but I
think I did
something haywire because I never saw any evidence of it
going out properly.

Would be most appreciative if any of you know of a good
reference book, or
other source on putting together quality white papers -- style,
structure,
format, etc., -- preferably something I could go out and
purchase as a
reference tool. Thanks!
