current Director of Technical Publications has accepted an overseas position
within the organization and wishes to select and transition his replacement
before starting his new assignment.

The position requires managing managers, assuming responsibility for the
coordination of multiple publications projects, participating in the
establishment of corporate direction, developing and administering budgets,
and providing performance reviews, salary actions, and hiring decisions.

Requirements for the position are a Bachelors degree plus a Masters degree in
English or Communications (or equivalent), a minimum of 5+ years of management
experience, and 10+ years industry experience. A background in client /
server software technology is a plus.
