Someone once told me "t'aint the cards your dealt, it's how you play
them."

In this case, I'd be inclined to take the word of a guy who replaces
windshields in Dallas over those of an unnamed guest speaker at an STC
meeting.

Oddly enough, the windshield guy was actually talking about playing
cards.
