Do you know if it's possible to automatically generate a TOC on all
documents within the Binder? I know how to do this using Master Documents
(which I'm not fond of), but I couldn't figure out how to do it in Binder.
I agree that this application has a lot of potential, but is
underdocumented / underdeveloped.
