If you are really interested in creating a doc tester position, I
read a
book called "Bullet Proof Documentation" by Dorothy Cady which
addresses
precisely this topic as well as explaining usability testing for
documentation. I recommend it, even if you are just interested in =
learning
how documentation should be tested.
