Align the bullets with the prevailing margin. Indentation should have
hierarchical meaning, just like in code. If you are working with a
subordinate, indented body style, then observe the same indented margin.
Bullets can have subbullets, indented with respect to the higher-level
bullets.

Body

The same standards apply to numbered, definition, and other lists.
