Is stating a rate blackening a person/firm's good name? I don't think so.
I doubt that the courts would think so. Firms and the like may want to keep
pay rates secret (how many of us are told that compensation is a prvate
matter between "you and the employer"?).
How else are we to know what the going rates are in a particular area?
