Nothing works better than a good translator (the person). You can use
translation software for a first draft or preliminary translation. I heard
that some of the high end ones work quite well . DO NOT BOTHER WITH THE
CHEAP $200 TRANSLATION SOFTWARE. However, if you rely exclusively on such an
"automatic" translations, then you're heading for trouble. Again, nothing
does a better or more thorough job than a good translator. As a matter of
fact, this should also often be followed by a reviewer/editor in the target
language, to make sure that the translator has used the proper "local"
idioms, spelling, expressions, etc.
