Unless you want to make a total fool of yourself, rely on what we call
"Translator". This is a human being whose native language is (in your case)
French or German, and who is experienced in English. That individual is
also a good writer in the native language.

There are tools which do help with the translation, but these tools are
meant for professional translators.

So, forget about software, and get professional help.
