Hans asked: Q: "Including images *with* pathology reports" or "Including
images *in* pathology reports"?
A: "with" implies the images are gathered at the end as an attachment
or appendix, whereas "in" implies they are embedded amongst the the text,
typically each at the point where it is first mentioned.
