Job Description:
Individuals must be team oriented with a strong ability to interact with
product developers, QA, and support throughout product development life
cycle. Must have experience documenting user manuals and on line help
in any of above areas. Experience with RoboHELP, FrameMaker and/or
HTML necessary. Must possess strong task analysis skills with ability to
handle aggressive deadlines. Must enjoy working in an environment where
your opinion and input matters.
Will participate in teams consisting of development, QA, support, and
information development to document quality user manuals and on line
help for complex software products directed to IS/IT audiences.
