PhotoShop has this utility. Save each step in sequence in its Actions menu
for the first picture, then just tap the key to run it over each of the
others. I used this utility to reduce the size of 175 TIFF images, adjust
the contrast/brightness/sharpness, and save as GIFs in about 30 minutes.
