PeopleSoft is looking for a senior technical writer to join its Product
Documentation department in Pleasanton, CA. You have excellent technical writing
skills, subject matter expertise in accounting, and experience with software
development. You will be responsible for assisting with the documentation for
PeopleSoft General Ledger, our flagship Financials product, in addition to
developing information for a new, global feature that impacts multiple product
lines. You are a team player with a good sense of humor and are well-organized
and detail-oriented.

PeopleSoft offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision,

position also includes the opportunity to work at home up to two days per week.

Required Background & Skills:
Five or more years technical writing experience.
Detailed knowledge of accounting practices and principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in
fast-paced, flexible environment.
Strong computer skills including firm command of Microsoft Word and Windows
Proven project management skills, including the ability to prioritize,
juggle, and track multiple projects.

Responsibilities of Position:
Develop (write, edit, proof) documentation for global feature.
Coordinate global project with multiple writing teams.
Act as liaison between Product Documentation and development.
Assist with other department projects as needed.
