What immediately comes to mind, is when I exit a program and I am presented
with a dialogue box that says:
"Do you want to save document.XXX?" - Yes / No / Cancel. In this situation
there is a valid reason for having Cancel presented as an option. Yes = Save
and exit; No = No Save and exit; Cancel = No Save and No exit.
