Anyway, it sounds to me like you are using multiple flows and have some
headings or the chapter title in a different flow than other headings or
chapter titles. When FM creates the TOC/PDF bookmarks, it searches and
compiles from one flow before grabbing from the other.

Otherwise, things to include in your post are which 5.5 version of
FrameMaker you are using (5.5.0, 5.5.1, 5.5.2 . . . etc) and which PS driver
and which PPD are you using.

Other than that, see you on the Adobe forum and I'll give your issue some
thought in the meantime.
