There may be a few good answers at WINHLP-L -at- ADMIN -dot- HUMBERC -dot- ON -dot- CA and on
blue-sky site (editor of robohelp http:\\www.blue-sky.com - they have an
archive plus a discussion list). It'll be rather difficult to supplement
existing Help files if it's not a built in feature of the product. Yet,
I've added a "Custom" button that leads to a nearly empty file that can
be replaced by a corporate help file, and that's only a line in the help
compile file
(CB("Extensions","&Extensions","jumpcontents(`EXTENS.hlp')"), so maybe
you could ask your provider to add it for your company.
Another way is (beware of copyright infringement) decompile the help,
add your 2cents, then recompile it. There are several tools that allow
this.
