True. We had one engineer at my last company who requested telecommuting and
they let him do it. Months later, his family begged the company to make him
come back to work in the office because he was working nonstop at home --
day and night! They actually saw more of him when he worked at the office!
Maybe he was trying too hard to prove his home productivity to the company.
