There's another solution to this legal problem, which I've seen suggested
elsewhere. Put together one or more fictitious documents that emulate the
style of those you've done on the job. This would show off your writing
ability and sidestep the legal question altogether. The only problem would
be if a prospective employer insisted on actual real-life samples ...
