Esource is a company that specializes in recruiting and resourcing middle
and upper level training and development professionals on a contract,
project and permanent basis. We are currently searching for the following
Contract position:

The Client- Leading Hi Tech Company

The Position- (2) Technical Writers

The Opportunity- The Writers selected for this project will work with the
Project Manager, Lead Instructional Designer, and Lead Content Developer to
create the content for sets of related courses that will be delivered in
Distance Learning mode, including Lotus LearningSpace, Web Books, and
StoryBoard Net. Some classroom courses will be developed as well. The
Writers should expect to work with other Writers and frequently with
Subject Matter Experts.

Skills Required- - Information mapping techniques to organize content
- Lotus Notes
- Either Ami Pro or Word Pro
- Freelance
- Front Page or Dreamweaver for HTML content development
- Conduct research independently via SMEs, project
source material, Internet, etc.
- Interpret a course design specification and/or prototype
- Visualize concepts using graphics or video
- Write self-check items, test questions, survey questions, exercises, and
case studies.
- Be a team player
- Anticipate problems and engage in problem solving.
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowlede of training methodology.
- Lotus LearningSpace
- PhotoShop

Location- Onsite in Marietta, GA.

Length- 7/26 - 10/29/99.
