Do a search on the Internet for expressions like "save money", "saving
money", "simple living", "simple lifestyle", "frugal", "tightwad"

Another low-cost alternative to a mouse pad: a piece of paper taped to the
desk. Apparently, keeps the ball a lot cleaner.
When shopping for bargains, check out discount bins, sections carrying
slightly defective goods.
