Damien asked, "I wonder could
anyone recommend any good general books on the subject."

I've been reading Steve Wexler's "Official Mx HTML Help Authoring Kit (CD Rom
included)" It's very helpful, easy to read, explains very well. Points
for writer, compiler, programmer all. ISBN: 1-57231-603-9 I spent 39.99
at amazon.com but mspress.microsoft.com deals w/ it also.
