David Chinell offered this suggestion:

>The system prompts the user to determine whether
>it should add the new ones and delete the invalid

Perhaps this would be OK for a systems manual,
but for a user manual, I don't think I'd do it that
way. Why can't you just say something like this:

At the "Do you want to add new and delete old?"
prompt, click Yes to add all new wuddlebups
and delete the old.

Click No to cancel the wuddleblups file update,
and return to the wuddleblups work file.

Or maybe I'm just not understanding the question.
