You can get a screen shot of any application icon (including those that it
uses for documents) by clicking Change Icon in a shortcut properties dialog
box. The Choose Icon dialog box shows all available icons and enables you
to browse for icon files (that is, any file that contains icons). If you
use this method, then the 'shortcut' arrow overlay doesn't clutter up the
icon.
