Pardon my ignorance, I'm not sure what HATs means. However, the AuthorIT
software claims to be able to import WinHelp RTF documents (into topics
presumably) and then can be used to generate either Print, further/modified
Winhelp or HTMLHelp. So. You need the RTF files from the original WinHelp
project.
