If you have Acrobat 4, you can use the Web Capture utility (on
Tools>WebCapture). It's pretty slick. Not only will it capture the site
structure, it will convert forms into their functional PDF equivalent. You
can select the number of levels for the structure. Be careful, though. If a
site has external links, you could have a very large, messy PDF file on your
hands.
