I'll answer to the list because it may be of use to others.

Microsoft no longer Outlook 98 as a product. You can get it "free" however.
Many of the larger books on Outlook 98 have CD-ROMs with complete, fully
functional copies of Outlook 98. If you don't care about needing the book,
find the cheapest book that has one of those CD-ROMs, then find the best
price. In addition to checking,, and (usually cheaper then the first 2, but limited selection of
only technical books), check for lots of older
