I'll answer to the list because it may be of use to others.

Microsoft no longer Outlook 98 as a product. You can get it "free" however.
Many of the larger books on Outlook 98 have CD-ROMs with complete, fully
functional copies of Outlook 98. If you don't care about needing the book,
find the cheapest book that has one of those CD-ROMs, then find the best
price. In addition to checking www.bn.com, www.amazon.com, and
www.bookpool.com (usually cheaper then the first 2, but limited selection of
only technical books), check www.deepdiscountbooks.com for lots of older
remainders.
