Yes. SGML, DocBook, and emacs work great. If you want the files in HTML use the
db2html tool. You want pdfs? Use db2pdf. Printed? db2ps. and so on and on
and....

It beats the snot out of Word and most other word processors.
Frame? Eh, about even :)
