Patricia,

1. Place your cursor where you want the x-ref to oppear.
2. Select Special>Cross-reference.
3. Your "Document Source" should probably be "Current" (default).
4. Your "Source Type" should be "Paragraph".
5. Scroll down through your paratags until you find your table tile tag; I
use TblTitle Normal.
6. If you don't see an appropriate tag, you'll have to make one.
7. Select the table title you want to x-ref from the right hand "paragraph"
window.
8. Select your Reference format, I use TableNum/Name, from the "format"
pull-down menu.
9. If you don't see an appropriate format, you'll have to make one.
