Hi Lisa, I see no one is answering this, so I'll take a stab at it. Possibly a
Getting Started Guide? Run Guide=getting up to speed. But, you know, the Ops.
people who assigned you this project would probably be the ones to ask about
what they envision this "run book" to be.
