I have never had this kind situation arise this close to the finish-line,
though it's certainly nothing new during the process. Now I'm uncertain how
to proceed. I believe in my 100% satisfaction guarantee, but that doesn't

The client failed to provide the information required in a timely manner. Next time, agree with the client before hand on what they must deliver to you in the form of reviews.

Take the money. They were responsible for this failure, not you. And do not, under any circumstances accept them as a client again.
