I am specifically in Bill's market. There's a bunch of garbage managers out
there. Am not sure if it's dotbomb fallout or not, but I can tell you a vast
majority of those players are making it up as they go, and not for the
better. Yes, the market is tough. I've been keeping an eager eye out for
three months now and have seen the market dry up and competition increase
for available spots. Even within the US, companies are more-often looking to
hire local talent rather than bring in folks by relocation or long commutes
. . .. Certainly, it s an employer's market.
