We use Microsoft's NetMeeting extensively. It's handy because it
comes standard with Windows, we're able to attach as many people as
we need, anyone can "take over" the manipulation of the application
that is attached by simply double-clicking on it and we can attach as
many applications as we need during a session.

Works very well for us.
